Susan M. Schnorr,
M.S., President of Training Insights, Inc. is passionate about sales, training and
informal learning. She excels at creating training solutions that extend the learning from the classroom
to the job so clients see tangible results.
Ms. Schnorr’s
strong emphasis in Instructional Technology and experience with Fortune 100 companies give her clients an edge. She applies insights and strategies to help them achieve
their specific learning goals.
Sue is knowledgeable in using best
practices for Web 2.0 technology to reinforce the learning so managers and reps continue to see results, well after the initial training even has taken place. In short, she designs training that sticks.
She holds "Robert Mager Certifications" in Instructional Module Development, Criterion Referenced
Instruction and Instructor-Led Training as well as other national certifications for facilitating sales, customer service and soft skills training programs. Sue holds a Master of
Science degree in Instructional Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, with a concentration in Instructional Design.
Sue is an adjunct faculty member at Walden University, teaching Instructional Design courses. She
has served as an adjunct professor in the Executive MBA program at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, and has guest-lectured at the Simon Graduate School of Business at the
University of Rochester and the Saunder's College of Business at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Margie Mitchell, M.S., is a senior instructional designer with
extensive experience creating technical, service, sales and soft skills training programs. She also writes video scripts, user guides, online help, and the occasional brochure,
annual report and newsletter. She loves the endless variety of projects available in the instructional design field.
Margie holds a B.A. in Communications from Fordham University, an M.S. in Instructional
Design from RIT, and Basic and Advanced Certificates in Technical Communications from RIT. As an adjunct instructor at RIT, she teaches
classes in Principles of Instructional Design and Designing on-the-Job Training.
